AVYR LABS is a workplace automation company. Where our work uses AI, it can run on the client’s own hardware, so their data stays inside their office. The same approach applies to this website and to our communication with you.

What this page covers

This policy covers theavyrlabs.com and any communication you initiate with us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. It does not cover the systems we build and deploy inside a client’s premises. How those systems handle data is governed by the agreement signed with that client.

What we collect on this website

We collect nothing automatically. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or session recording on this site. There are no cookies set by us, and the site has no forms.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may keep standard server-level request logs (IP address, user-agent, page accessed, timestamp) for the purpose of operating the network, blocking abuse, and providing the service. We do not access or use those logs.

What we collect when you contact us

If you email hello@theavyrlabs.com or message us on WhatsApp, we receive: your name, your contact identifier (email or phone number), and the content of your message. We use this information only to reply to you and to assess whether AVYR LABS can support your business.

We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not share your message with anyone outside the AVYR LABS team. You may ask us at any time to delete your email or message history, and we will do so.

External services

The website serves its own typefaces, images and video from the same host. It makes no requests to other services. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp (a Meta service) only when you select them.

Children

AVYR LABS works with businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request to hello@theavyrlabs.com and we will respond within 7 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes that affect existing clients will also be communicated by email.
